Get ready for a series of posts on a handful of changes we’re making within the Creative Department at Elevation Church after 5 years to ensure we can do this for another 5…then 10…then 20…and then someone else will probably take it from there…I’ll probably be watching MASH re-runs.

It’s so easy to get caught up in doing more of the same stuff that got us here after 5 years, when the real change might be to completely blow something up and re-build it, not just more of the same.

I’ll hit 5 practical adjustments that we’re making (right now) that you could make to. Maybe it’ll save you a headache today or disaster relief efforts down the road, either way, I hope you can learn from what we’re experiencing and take it even further in your own world.
